Dr. Rachel Rajagopal is the Founder of Faith Ablaze International Ministries and serves globally as a minister of the Word. Her passion is to see men and women live honourable, Christ-centred lives.
She leads an international team of Next Generation leaders who are also actively engaged in fulfilling the Great Commission. Together, this ministry has reached millions of people with God’s truths through various available resources. She is also a certified life and leadership coach with the International Coaching Federation and leads FAIM Global Leadership. Dr. Rachel is also the first principal of another global entity, BEE Missionary Training Center. Dr. Rachel has a Doctor of Ministry (Intercultural Studies) from Tabor Adelaide, Australia.
Dr. Rachel is a Singaporean by birth and a convert from Hinduism and has been blessed with 20 years of professional experience in the areas of defense, foreign services, regional administration, training and education, and in sales and marketing. She has served her country as a Lieutenant in the Army and Navy and has held various primary and secondary appointments.
An alumna of Singapore Bible College, she graduated with a Master of Arts (Education and Intercultural Studies). In 2019, she facilitated the Servant-Leadership course offered by Singapore Bible College and was also their Maak Hay Chun Missions Challenge Week speaker.
Dr. Rachel was a core leader of the organizing team of the 2016 Global Proclamation Congress for Pastoral Trainers and a pastor-mentor for the 2023 Congress. She is a Haggai International facilitator since 2018 and has also served as a speaker and preacher at the Global Summit Anniversary of Haggai International 2019.
In February 2020, Dr. Rachel was invited to be the keynote speaker for the Anglican Church of Guyana, Suriname and Cayenne Mothers’ Union Annual General Meeting in Guyana.
On 14th October 2020, Dr. Rachel was the keynote speaker at the 104th Anniverary of Paya Lebar Methodist Girls’ School in Singapore.
The missionary experience of Dr. Rachel began in 1995 through a short-term mission trip to the Sarawak Ibans in East Malaysia. Since 2002, she began full-time service as a global missionary and has discipled hundreds of pastors and church leaders who have multiplied themselves. Dr. Rachel has held the national, regional and global leadership appointments with a previous worldwide discipleship agency. She actively testifies to Christ directly and creatively and has been privileged to personally lead hundreds to Christ.
